(1) If an employee who has completed twenty years of service dies before receiving pension or after receiving pension according to section 12, fifty percent of the amount of pension received by the employee will be given as family pension to his or her surviving spouse.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), if the deceased employee does not have a direct spouse, if such spouse dies after starting to draw family pension or if such spouse remarries, until the minor child of the deceased employee reaches the age of eighteen years. Will get family pension.
(3) In case more than one minor child of an employee receives family pension according to sub-section (2), such pension shall be provided by Damasahi.
